Creamy Spinach Ravioli

I think I got this recipe from my mom.

She swears I gave it to her.


Who knows? It’s good.

First, gather your ingredients.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • handful of mushrooms
  • dollop of garlic
  • 3 oz of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 20 oz frozen ravioli
  • 1 10oz package of creamed spinach

After gathering your ingredients, put the ravioli on to boil until it’s almost done.

Then chop the onion.


Sauté it in a sauce pan with some butter.

While they’re caramelizing and sautéing, chop the mushroom.


Add the mushroom to the onion and sauté until done.


Then chop the bell pepper and add it to the pan.

Then add the garlic. Yum.


Add the cream cheese and milk and keep stirring until everything is combined into a smooth, creamy sauce.

Then add the thawed package of creamed spinach, stirring occasionally until the sauce is all combined and hot.

Add the ravioli. Let it simmer for a minute or two to get warm again, then serve.


If you’re feeling daring (and I always do), sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
